Pay Rate: $18.50 - $19.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon - Fri

Position Summary:

The Senior On-Site Service Specialist provides operational support in high-volume copying, document imaging, mail handling, and office support for a hospital environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while standing and walking for extended periods. Occasional lifting and movement of copiers and other equipment may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate high-volume copy machines and document imaging systems for copying, scanning, and printing. Perform finishing and bindery tasks, including hole drilling, shrink-wrapping, and stapling. Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly, clear paper jams, and notify technicians of issues. Maintain records for management reports, service logs, and supply inventories. Sort, distribute, and handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparation and delivery of materials. Set up meeting rooms, conference rooms, and assist with building occupant moves as needed. Perform light maintenance tasks, including re-lamping, cleaning, and equipment relocation. Use office and technical equipment, including calculators, postage meters, paper cutters, electric staplers, and PCs. Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, feasibility, or service requests. Travel between buildings on-site as necessary. Perform additional duties assigned by Site Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Site Manager. Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in copy center, office services, or related field (some copy/mailing experience preferred). Strong organizational, mathematical, and filing skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in using office machines, document imaging systems, and PCs (MS Office, Email). Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. May require valid driver's license and minimum insurance coverage per Ricoh policy. Physical & Work Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, stretching, and occasional climbing. Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 50-55 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 700 lbs. Walking between buildings may be necessary. Moderate dexterity for keyboard, calculator, and hand tool use. Work in office environment with standard lighting, temperature, and noise levels. Skills:
