Position Summary –

Account Manager Levo Health is hiring an Account Manager to join our Client Services team and support the delivery of marketing and growth initiatives across healthcare, digital health, and life sciences clients.

This is a team-based role. You will work closely with other account managers, strategists, creatives, media, analytics, and operations teams to manage client relationships and ensure work is executed accurately and on schedule. The Account Manager serves as a key coordinator and communicator, helping keep accounts aligned, organized, and moving forward in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the account management team to support assigned client accounts.

Serve as a primary or shared point of contact for clients, depending on account structure.

Manage projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and expectations are met.

Translate client goals into clear briefs and actionable next steps for internal teams.

Participate in and help lead client and internal status meetings

Maintain ownership of timelines, deliverables, approvals, and documentation

Identify risks early and escalat issues appropriately within the team

Oversee reporting, dashboards, and performance summaries in collaboration with internal teams

Support campaign launches, optimizations, and ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in account management or client services

Agency or professional services experience preferred

Experience supporting healthcare, digital health, or regulated brands is a plus

Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows and performance metrics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable

Comfortable working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
