What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide administrative support to Personal Lines Account Managers, Team Leaders, and Producers
Handle client requests for information, endorsements, cancellations, and other services
Maintain full responsibility for all Service Center Accounts
Review policies, endorsements, audits, and quotations for accuracy and completeness
Utilize agency automation effectively and keep Team Leader informed of service issues
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED required
2‑20 or 2044 License required within 3‑6 months of hire
Minimum免费下载 of 1 year of office experience preferredworking
Completion and/or evidence of CL skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the insurance industry or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity withbrev agency automation tools
