Duration:
12 months with potential extension to 2 years or conversion
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
Pay: 25.00-28.00 DOE

Technical Documentation Specialist
Support manufacturing and quality teams by preparing, scanning, controlling, and retrieving Manufacturing Batch Records (MBRs) in a regulated (GxP) environment. Ensure document accuracy, traceability, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and scan MBRs; ensure completeness, quality, and proper file naming
Manage electronic and physical records; retrieve documents for internal teams
Track document requests and maintain chain‑of‑custody
Follow GxP/GDP and SOP requirements
Support audits and inspections
Maintain organized physical archives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
1–3 years of document control, records management, or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and time management
Proficient with Microsoft Office and scanning systems
Familiarity with GxP/GDP environments
SAP experience is a plus
