Zing Coach is looking for a
CRM & Automation Manager
to build a powerful, AI‑enhanced lifecycle marketing engine. You will own all user communication across
email, push notifications, in‑app messages
and other engagement channels. Your mission is to create highly personalised, automated journeys that activate users, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.
This role is ideal for someone who loves data, automation, and building smart systems that scale. You will work inside Braze, experiment constantly, and make every message feel like a personal fitness coach reaching out at the perfect moment.
Responsibilities Cross‑Channel Messaging
Own messaging across email, push, in‑app, and new channels
Create automated onboarding, engagement, activation, and win‑back flows
Build and manage a content calendar for lifecycle communications
Automation & AI
Use AI tools and Braze automation to personalise communication at scale
Build trigger‑based journeys that react to user behavior in real time
Test AI‑generated content and optimise messaging faster
Segmentation & Journeys
Define user segments and lifecycle stages
Build adaptive journeys inside Braze Canvas
Continuously refine segmentation using behavioural and predictive data
Experimentation & Testing
Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, send time, channel mix, and flows
Analyse results and iterate quickly
Improve activation, retention, and monetisation metrics over time
Insights & Collaboration
Analyse channel performance and share insights with product and growth teams
Collaborate closely with design, data, and product on message assets and logic
Maintain Zing’s motivational, supportive brand voice across all communications
We expect that you have
4–6+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
Strong hands‑on experience with Braze (Canvas, Liquid, segmentation, analytics)
Highly data‑driven with experience running experiments and analysing results
Comfortable working with AI tools for content and optimisation
Skilled at building automated, scalable messaging flows
Excellent communicator with strong project‑management habits
Passionate about fitness, health, and user motivation
