The Brand Product Specialist – Technology is responsible for promoting, managing, and supporting assigned technology products. This role focuses on product knowledge, brand representation, sales support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning in the market.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in product specialization, brand management, or technology sales is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of IT products such as hardware, software, networking, or gadgets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant technology tools.
Willing to travel and attend events or client meetings if required.
Job Responsibilities:
Represent and promote assigned technology brands and products.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, specifications, and applications.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for sales teams, partners, or clients.
Support sales activities by providing technical and product-related assistance.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal departments.
Assist in product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.
Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently followed.
Prepare product reports, sales data, and market analysis.
Address product-related inquiries and issues professionally.
