Provide detailed information about products and services to customers. Gather and document customer feedback to assist in improving service quality. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
