We are seeking a Freelance Production Designer to turn digital marketing strategies into clear, on‑brand visual communications. This role focuses on building and adapting a high volume of digital assets that support campaigns across site, email, and other digital touchpoints. You will work closely with copywriters, project managers, and fellow designers to execute layouts that are visually consistent, technically accurate, and aligned to brand standards.

Review incoming creative assets for compliance with brand style guides, layout standards, and technical specifications across multiple devices and screen sizes.
Interpret and validate creative briefs to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined before beginning production work.
Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to refine layouts so that messages, offers, and CTAs are clear and compelling.
Apply a strong understanding of grids, hierarchy, typography, color, and imagery to create cohesive, easy‑to‑scan designs that support business goals.
Execute repetitive production tasks with accuracy and consistency while managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Prepare and package final files according to platform and channel requirements, ensuring proper naming conventions, sizing, and optimization for web and mobile.
Proactively communicate project status, risks, and timing adjustments to creative leads and partners to maintain workflow transparency.
Incorporate feedback quickly and constructively, maintaining quality and brand integrity through multiple review cycles.
Uphold digital brand standards and contribute suggestions for incremental improvements to templates and production processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of production design or digital design experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
