Paralegal – Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Law Firm (Clifton, NJ)
A well-established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury law firm inClifton, New Jerseyis seeking afull-time, experienced Paralegalto join their team.
The ideal candidate will haveat least 5 years of experienceand behighly proficient in litigation procedures. Experience withPC LawandNeedlescase management systems, as well asbilingual proficiency in Spanish, is a plus.
Compensation:$65,000–$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities Conduct legal research to support ongoing cases Draft, review, and organize legal documents Investigate facts to assist with case preparation and negotiations Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain and update client records and case files
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in personal injury litigation Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal research Proficiency in case management systems (PC Law, Needles preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Bilingual in Spanish a plus
