Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Promote and sell products/services directly to customers.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable recommendations.
Achieve individual sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
Customer Experience & Retention
Deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle and resolve customer issues effectively.
Account Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in CRM systems.
Track sales activities, account status, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to implement customer-focused strategies.
Support campaigns, promotions, and events aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Experience in account management, customer service, or sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple accounts.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
for Paid training abroad.
Yearly Increase based on performance.
Commission on Top basic salary.
Pay Rate : Php 25,000.00 – 35,000.00
