Assistant Graphic Designer TalentoHC has partnered with a fast‑growing, mission‑driven consumer goods company with sustainable and on‑trend products to find a highly motivated Assistant Graphic Designer with strong organizational skills. Reporting to the Design Director, this role is a key member of a small design team in a high‑growth environment. The primary focus of the role is to provide support to the design team on both the creative and operational side on a variety of design projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong graphic design skills, a creative mind, and strong organizational abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of visual assets, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and graphics for various projects.

Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and execute designs.

Provide support to graphic designers by assisting with design tasks, preparing files for production, and conducting research as needed.

Manage the design team files and records documentation, such as creative briefs, art files, checklists, and samples, ensuring files are properly labeled and accessible to team members.

Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report status updates to different teams.

Conduct thorough reviews of prototypes and samples to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.

Address revisions or feedback provided by clients or other teams in a timely manner.

Experience, Skills & Education

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, commercial art, or a related field.

Proven experience (at least 1 year) in graphic design or a related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Basic skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) are a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

Keen design sensibility and an eye for color, texture, fabrics, and patterns with a passion for current design trends.

Strong interpersonal resourcefulness and ability to cultivate cross‑functional partnerships.
