Cold Caller / Sales Representative (Bilingual – Arabic/English)
We are looking for a proactive
Cold Caller & Sales Admin
to support our international business development efforts across the Middle East, Dubai, Turkey, and surrounding markets. This role blends outbound cold calling, lead qualification, and sales administrative support to generate qualified leads and drive brand awareness in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to oil & gas operators, drilling companies, EPCs, and service providers.
Introduce company services clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads based on a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Book introductory meetings or hand off qualified leads to senior sales.
Support market research and build targeted lead lists for international markets.
Update and manage CRM records accurately; track call outcomes and follow-ups.
Prepare basic sales reports and activity summaries.
Coordinate meeting scheduling and confirmations.
Conduct outreach focused on Dubai and Middle East markets via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Requirements
Fluent in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Previous experience in
cold calling, telesales, or lead generation .
Strong phone presence and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Tech-savvy with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email tools.
Experience in
B2B sales, oil & gas, industrial, or technical services .
Experience selling into Middle East or international markets.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Previous experience in international business development or sales administration.
Knowledge of the oil & gas drilling services market.
