Bilingual Sales Intake Representative - Graveyard Shift

The Opportunity As our Call Center Sales Representative in our Intakes department, you will have the opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential clients over the phone with the ability to earn over a thousand dollars a month in bonuses alone.
This is not a remote position; this position is on‑site from 11:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Scheduling
Training Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (3 weeks)
Post Training Schedules: 1 day of the weekend and 4 days during the week.
Post Training Shift: Graveyard 11:00 pm – 8:00 am
Accountable for
Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard.
Work with the firm’s intake management team to determine viability of potential cases.
Be a closer, someone who can entice clients and relate with them to sign on with our firm.
Deliver customized, targeted sales strategies to ensure monthly goals are met.
Update the firm’s database in a timely manner with accurate data.
Upload and share pertinent documents appropriately.
Build strong rapport with potential clients and vendors.
Qualifications
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Competitive and motivated to surpass set goals.
Ability to work weekends, overtime, and on‑call as necessary.
Minimum 2 years in sales.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills required.
Must have the ability to be empathetic yet persuasive.
Ability to multi‑task and type at least 40 wpm while speaking with potential clients.
Compensation
$23.00 – $28.00 depending on experience
