The GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Associate - Security GTM will join a global team driving Datadog’s next phase of growth. We’re interdisciplinary thinkers working directly with Datadog’s most senior leaders to shape strategy, improve operations, and enable data‑driven decision‑making across the business.
As a member of the GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will support Datadog’s rapidly growing Security business. You will help identify opportunities to accelerate growth, scale and support existing Security initiatives, and ensure our go‑to‑market approach evolves alongside the product. This role partners closely with our GTM teams and our Product and Product Marketing teams.

What You’ll Do
Define and execute on our Security GTM strategy in close collaboration with Product and Product Marketing.
Own GTM performance measurement and business review cadences for our Security business, including forecasting and Monthly Business Reviews.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform and refine our GTM strategy for Security.
Identify priority customer segments and target accounts for our Security products, and work with the field to ensure appropriate coverage.
Prioritize, design, and validate transformation programs to improve Security GTM performance based on quantitative analytics and qualitative insights.
Build a strong field/product feedback loop by analysing qualitative and quantitative data and regularly shadowing Sales and Customer Success calls.
Collaborate cross‑functionally: partner with stakeholders across the business on key strategic and operational priorities for our Security business.
Who You Are
At least 4‑6 years in sales strategy & operations, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent.
Strong sense of ownership.
Exceptional analytical problem‑solving abilities: can model any operational question with high attention to detail.
Proven ability to proactively develop actionable recommendations and process improvements from qualitative and quantitative data.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, etc.) or a willingness to learn on the job.
