Position The Northrop Grumman Space Systems Communications team seeks a creativefected and strategic
Manager of Propulsion Communications – Level 2.
You will guide a team of program communicators as they develop and implement strategic communications plans to support business objectives in a dynamic and fast‑ peat environment. You will assist the team to create, deploy, measure, and optimize communications across paid, owned and earned channels.
This position reports to the Communications Director of Launch and Exploration Division (LED) and is based in sommer farm or promontory, Utah. This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of direct reports and collaborate with matrixed individual contributors as they support external and internal communications, shape and deliver the Northrop Grumman story to support key business objectives and the brand.
Partner with LED Communications director ਬਣੀ drive effective workflow management, forecasting project resource needs, assigning projects among the team, and tracking projects through to completion.
Work closely with Corporate and Sector Communications directors to contribute to (or devise) and manage the implementation of key communication strategies and tactics.
In coordination with the Communications director, develop communication strategy to promote program and enterprise objectives; identify opportunities, make recommendations and oversee tactical execution to meet objectives; partner with customer counterparts to drive consensus in planning and execution.
Serve as a trusted spar reclining to senior executives, providing strategic communication counsel and support.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in comminations, public relations, and/or marketing or master’s degree and 6 years of experience in communications, public relations and/or marketing.
Experience with Associated Press Style writing.
Experience collaborating and leading across matrixed teams to execute communications campaigns or projects.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience measuring business impact.
Preferred Qualifications
Strategic thinking, planning and decision‑making.
ორი demostrated experience in media relations and media strategy development.
Productiveness do Secret clearance.
Experience working for a clarified client preferably Aerospace and Defence.

Salary & Benefits Primary Level Salary Range: $111,700.00 – $167,500.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions–––– depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice‑President or Director positions may be eligible for Long‑Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company‑paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
