Marketing Specialist (Remote)
Kyra Health is building an AI‑native benefits platform that helps employees choose and use healthcare with confidence. We combine personalized plan matching, modern navigation, fintech rails, and thoughtful design to bring clarity and simplicity to a system that often feels overwhelming.
About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who can write well, move quickly, and take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing execution. You will shape our presence across social channels, events, sales materials, and industry touchpoints. The ideal candidate has 3‑5 years of experience in marketing or brand roles, enjoys a mix of creativity and organization, and wants to have real influence on the quality and consistency of our external communications. You will work closely with our Product Designer and the founders to keep our brand polished and cohesive as we grow. This is a hands‑on role with room to expand responsibility as the company scales.
What You Will Do
Social Media and Content
Manage posting on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
Write clear, engaging copy that reflects our brand
Use templates and your own creative judgment to produce posts
Share ideas for new content formats and track performance
Brand and Collateral
Update sales decks, one‑pagers, flyers, and event materials
Refine messaging and ensure content stays consistent
Work with our Product Designer to maintain visual quality across deliverables
Keep all external materials current and easy for the team to use
Events, Conferences, and Swag
Research conferences and sponsorship opportunities
Coordinate logistics including registrations, travel, deadlines, and shipments
Manage swag production and vendor communication
Support preparation of booth graphics and print assets
Industry Monitoring
Track news, competitor updates, and broader market trends
Produce a simple monthly summary for the team
Highlight insights that may influence content or positioning
Who You Are
3‑5 years of experience in marketing, brand, or content‑focused roles
Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone and clarity
Comfortable using Canva and able to work within Figma
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Creative and resourceful, with an interest in visual presentation
Comfortable in fast moving, early‑stage environments
Collaborative and easy to work with across Design, Growth, and leadership
