Intersection is seeking an upbeat, energetic, and self‑motivated Sales Coordinator to join the Client Success Team and work in our Los Angeles Office. This fast‑paced, detail‑oriented role is perfect for someone with sales support experience within the media/advertising world. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to perform sales support responsibilities and thrive within a team environment. What you will accomplish

Build strong relationships with the Manager, Account Executives, and Account Managers they support. Onboard/train with one of the Client Success Sales Ambassadors. Deep dive into learning Intersection’s media and advertising offerings. Serve as a mentee to other Sales Coordinators to learn the process and systems used within the sales support organization. Expose to all departments within Intersection and understand how they contribute to the sales cycle. Within the first three‑six months

Support Account Executives/Account Managers by generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations that enable Intersection to scale rapidly. Gain exposure and daily communication with our Clients/Agencies. Manage all inventory requests, inventory holds, market avails, and media plans for the Account Executives book of business. Generate targeting maps and visuals for RFP responses. Handle invoicing requests and billing inquiries. Own the pre‑sale lifecycle of a contract: from initial market research to contract creation, artwork, and specification requests, tracking the production process. Research and document competitive requests. Develop the foundational knowledge of our business model and media products. Be a “go‑to” person who gets things done accurately and on time, whether it’s printing materials, setting up meetings, or building sales decks from scratch. Communicate over email and phone with internal resources and Clients to ensure a smooth, positive customer service experience. Qualifications

Degree from an accredited institution. 1‑2+ years relevant work experience in a customer‑facing success, account management, or strategic consulting organization. Multi‑tasking ability across different items. Enjoy collaboration and take ownership of tasks. High level of accountability for own work and team work. Strong attention to detail and error spotting. Fast but thoughtful work style with suggestions for efficiencies. Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to use these tools for RFPs. Total Cash Compensation

$50,000 – $52,000 EEO Statement
