Inside Sales Leader

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates. Hold the team accountable to company standards and performance expectations. Analyze sales systems and data to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and drive results. Ensure legal documents and contracts meet company and compliance standards. Communicate business terms, risks, and expectations clearly to clients and internal teams. Anticipate operational challenges and collaborate with leadership to address them. Provide actionable feedback to recruiters and individual contributors. Recommend improvements and strategic insights to division VPs. Skills That Set You Apart
Proven leadership experience (2+ years) with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams. Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and technical skills. Ability to interpret data, forecast performance, and set individual and team targets. Confidence, credibility, and the ability to deliver tough messages while maintaining trust. Deep understanding of KPIs, business strategy, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of the locum tenens industry (preferred) and ability to transfer knowledge to others. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. Passion for building a business, overcoming obstacles, and driving results with urgency.
