Manage and service.signal a portfolio of construction and contract accounts Handle quoting for new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Collaborate with the back-office team to ensure efficient handling of non-licensed administrative work Maintain and update client records and documentation in the designated software system Support the department head and team in achieving business objectives and targets Qualifications/Requirements
