We’re looking for a driven HVAC Installation Sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving customer problems, and winning complex projects.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing new customers while expanding relationships with an existing client base. You’ll lead the pricing and sale of HVAC installation and construction projects, owning the process from early discovery and site surveys through scope development, proposal creation, and project kickoff. Your focus will be on delivering solutions that reduce owning and operating costs while increasing system reliability and uptime for customers.
Success in this position requires strong technical sales experience, comfort performing site surveys, and the ability to clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’ll represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and association meetings, helping grow brand presence and uncover new opportunities. Leadership matters here—sharing knowledge, setting an example, and staying current on evolving HVAC technology is part of the expectation.
What we’re looking for
5+ years selling HVAC installation or construction projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with estimating, scope development, and customer presentations
Proficient with Microsoft Office and SalesForce
Industry trade association involvement a plus
