This role owns full-funnel performance across paid media, funnels, tracking, analytics, and the systems that drive appointments, revenue, and franchise expansion./ppCompensation: $100,000$150,000+ (Base salary combined with performance incentives tied to franchise growth, CAC/CPL efficiency, funnel performance, and systemwide revenue).
