What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
High school diploma or GED
Open availability for scheduling
Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Eagerness to learn new technologies
A desktop or laptop for completing PC and internet testing
High-speed internet connection without wireless/hotspots or satellite
