Responsibilities
  • Monthly creative insights + iteration roadmap delivered on time
  • 30% of creative assets across accounts are hit ads
  • 1 new top-performing concept per client per quarter
  • Maintain ? 95% on-time delivery
  • Achieve ? 95% client satisfaction
  • Define creative strategy and testing framework for paid social campaigns across platforms (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) to maximize ROI.
  • Lead a team of designers and copywriters; mentor, critique, and elevate the quality of creative output.
  • Collaborate with growth managers to ensure creative aligns with targeting, funnel stages, and measurement.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in paid social creative and campaign strategy
  • Proven leadership of design teams and creative projects
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models
  • Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills across multiple formats
  • Deep expertise with Meta and TikTok performance creative: hooks, formats, pacing, structures, and storytelling frameworks.
  • Hands?on experience directing and/or producing UGC, motion, and social?first content.
  • Ability to interpret creative performance data and turn insights into rapid iterations.
  • Exceptional communication skillsable to articulate creative rationale, present concepts, and influence stakeholders across functions.
