The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales, customer service, sales operations, and marketing teams. This role is pivotal in staying hands-on with deals while also transitioning into a coaching and people leadership position. The Head of Sales will be expected to assess and optimize pipeline performance, activity metrics, and conversion rates, as well as improve efficiency through the implementation of better processes, tools, and AI-enabled workflows. A key aspect of the role is to partner directly with the CEO on growth strategy and execution.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Sales position at the company will have a background in B2B sales, particularly in transactional, high-volume environments, with a strong individual contributor background and early exposure to people management. Experience in selling to marketing, communications, or HR departments is essential, and a background in advertising, SaaS, or data-driven services is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is comfortable with outbound, activity-based selling, and is highly analytical and tech-savvy, with a strong command of CRM, reporting, social selling, and AI tools. Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and executive presence are also key attributes the company is looking for in a candidate.
