About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director of the Foundation to lead and implement comprehensive institutional advancement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary leadership in fundraising, alumni relations, marketing, and community engagement, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives that strengthen philanthropic support and enhance the company's reputation. This role requires a senior leader with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 7-10 years of experience in fundraising and institutional advancement, and a proven track record in major gift solicitation and capital campaigns. Expertise in strategic planning, board governance, and cross-functional leadership is essential, as is a strong understanding of marketing, communications, and alumni engagement strategies.

Key responsibilities for the Chief Advancement Officer and Executive Director of the Foundation at the company include developing and executing a comprehensive advancement strategy, leading the Foundation's operations, and fostering campus partnerships to align advancement priorities with academic and student success goals. The role also involves providing strategic guidance to the Foundation Board of Directors, managing a high-performing advancement team, and ensuring compliance with college policies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to the mission of the company. A Master’s degree and professional fundraising credentials are preferred.
