We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Account Executive eager to launch a career in B2B SaaS sales within the US Enterprise market. You will play a vital role in supporting the commercial team and driving revenue growth by engaging new enterprise clients and supporting the expansion of existing relationships. Account Management & US Enterprise Sales
Identify, qualify, and engage new enterprise prospects, primarily through outbound activity (calls, emails, social selling, virtual meetings). Support the management of existing US enterprise accounts, ensuring high standards of client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Assist with the preparation of customized sales collateral, proposals, and presentations for client meetings and demonstrations. Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to execute targeted campaigns and respond to inbound leads. Maintain accurate records, update the CRM, and support reporting on key account executive metrics and sales performance. Attend industry events (virtual and in-person) to develop product and market knowledge. Continually learn about Physitrack and Champion Health products and communicate value propositions effectively to US enterprise clients. Minimum Qualifications
Skills for Junior Account Executive in Enterprise SaaS (US Market)
1+ years' experience in a customer-facing or commercial role (e.g., inside sales, sales development, client support, customer success, or similar). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Keen interest in technology, SaaS B2B solutions, and/or digital health and wellbeing. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting. Strong proficiency using CRM systems and productivity tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Zoom). Demonstrated commitment to learning and professional development. Based in the United States, with flexibility to occasionally travel for team or client meetings. Nice-to-Have Experience for US Junior Account Executive
Experience selling or supporting sales of SaaS or digital products to enterprise clients. Familiarity with the US healthcare, healthtech, or wellbeing sectors. Knowledge of account planning, lead generation, or basic sales methodologies (such as MEDDIC or SPIN). Exposure to remote-first teams or fast-paced startup/scaleup environments.
