Manage and grow an assigned local territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities. Drive day-to-day outside sales activity, including customer visits, site walk-throughs, and product demonstrations. Partner closely with internal teams (inside sales, operations, and technical support) to ensure seamless customer service and solution delivery. Develop a strong understanding of customer applications and recommend appropriate lifting and rigging solutions. Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts, ensuring consistent follow-up and opportunity management. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the territory. Represent the company at local industry events, customer meetings, and trade shows as needed. A successful Outside Sales Executive should have: 3+ years of outside/field sales experience in industrial, construction, or technical products. Experience selling into markets such as construction, utilities, marine, or industrial manufacturing (lifting, rigging, safety, or related products preferred). A consultative, relationship-driven sales approach with strong customer engagement skills. Proven ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize accounts effectively. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. A self-motivated, hands-on mindset with comfort working autonomously in the field. Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory (typically 70%). What's on Offer
