divh2Job Title/h2pPerform a variety of metal forming, punching, and notching operations using press brake equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. Work under general supervision and follow established processes to meet quality and safety standards./ph3Essential Functions/h3olliInterpret blueprints and specifications to determine job requirements./liliSet up press brake equipment using process sheets or setup instructions./liliPerform forming, punching, and notching operations according to specifications./liliAdjust machine settings, clamps, and dies to achieve required tolerances./liliVerify dimensions using precision measuring tools and make necessary adjustments./liliConduct in-process quality checks and document results as required./li/olh3Additional Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist with prototype or new item forming./liliMove materials and tooling using appropriate equipment (e.g., hand truck or forklift)./liliCollaborate with team members and maintain accurate paperwork (quality checks, move tickets, etc.)./liliClean and organize work area, tools, and equipment daily./liliPerform minor maintenance and preventive tasks on press brake equipment./liliCarry out other related duties as assigned to support production needs./li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliAbility to read and follow written and verbal instructions./liliPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and other manual tasks./liliBasic understanding of precision measurement and mechanical adjustments./liliCommitment to safety and quality standards./li/ulpNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
