Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 18.50 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Answering inbound calls Walking customers through the warranty process Up-Selling similar products Process payments for shipping costs Tracking shipments Bilingual Customer Service Rep. Qualifications: Must be able to speak and read English and French or Spanish Recent call center experience is required Alphanumeric data entry experience is required Must have strong internet connection Must have HSD / GED Applicant may be subject to a background check *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
