Member Service Sales Representative needed to provide exceptional financial service, build relationships, and support growth. Member Services Sales Rep Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 16.00 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Member Services Sales Representative Role is a hybrid of customer service and sales, responsible for handling member transactions while actively promoting Credit union products. Engage members, Identify their financial needs, Strong Sales Process member transactions accurately and efficiently. Open new accounts, handle account maintenance, and assist with loan applications. Member Services Sales Rep Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service or sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain positive member relationships Basic knowledge of financial products and services (or willingness to learn) Attention to detail and accuracy Professional demeanor and ethical standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
