Outside Sales Rep
Elwood Staffing is looking to hire an Outside Sales Rep for a technology company in Longview, TX! Monday-Friday 8am-5pm $50K+ DOE and commission This client is a technology company in Longview, TX! Outside Sales Rep Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 24.03 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Build and carry out sales plans that help you hit your personal goals while also supporting the company's overall success Reach out to new prospects, schedule meetings, and look for ways to create new business opportunities Stay in touch with both new and existing customers, offering solutions to their needs and managing activity in your sales territory Work closely with your teammates and leaders to grow sales and deliver outstanding customer service Keep your sales activity up to date in the company CRM so records for leads and clients are always accurate and organized Represent the company in a positive way by following our policies and values in all customer interactions Be mindful of efficiency and costs, keeping track of job-related expenses and turning them in as needed Partner with accounts receivable to make sure customer invoices are paid on time. Outside Sales Rep Qualifications: 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably outside sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Comfortable in front of a variety of clients, including C-level executives. Selling technology services Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, communications or a related field Must be professional and technologically advanced.
