Bachelor's degree in Design, UX, Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with 2-4 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with less than 2 years of relevant experience. • Strong working knowledge of Figma and experience using design systems in a collaborative environment. • Basic understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and content structuring. • Familiarity with information architecture and how content can support usability. • Ability to collaborate across disciplines, including design, engineering, and content strategy. • Comfortable working with structured content and content management systems (CMS).

Position Details:
Pay Rate / Range: $45 - $55 The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
