About the Role NT-ware USA Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer (Business Development Consultant) to join our team. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with innovation, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to analyze the semiconductor business environment for short‑ and long‑term forecasting.

Your Impact

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand NT‑ware’s market presence

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company goals

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Cooperate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies

Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients

Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Demonstrated track record of success in sales or business development

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Capability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast opportunities short and long term

Able to derive and understand proper business objectives and clearly communicate sales strategy to meet or exceed objectives

Aptitude to navigate a complex and dynamic selling environment

Salary & Requirements Base salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year. Additional$image: travel fees and commissions will apply per company policy.

Position requires a clean, valid state driver’s license and an acceptable driving record, and compliance with company safety guidelines and policies for driving duties.

Location & Workstyle This full‑time role is considered virtual, with the office open five days a week. You’ll report to the office only when required for business reasons. Preferred locations include Central, Mountain or Western U.S. states, with major metro area proximity.
