Role Overview
Celestar Corporation is seeking a
Senior Social Network Analyst
to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order. The primary workplace is at DIA Facilities across the National Capital Region (NCR). Anticipated award: December 2025/January 2026. Anticipated start: February/March 2026. Period of performance: 1 base year + 4 option years. Clearance requirement: Active TS/SCI with a current CI Poly.
Responsibilities
The Social Network Analyst conducts all‑source in‑depth link and social network analysis using advanced social network analysis techniques.
Assesses opportunities to disrupt or degrade networks as appropriate.
Assesses information gaps and predicts areas of information that enhance the collection cycle, based on collection strategies and Requests for Information (RFI).
Supports DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Minimum 12 years of experience in social network analysis with a master’s degree, or minimum 17 years with a bachelor’s degree.
At least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
