UI/UX DESIGNER : We are looking for: Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn ideas into functional, beautiful user experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate and improve designs.
Contribute to and help maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across products.
Stay current on UX best practices and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking
3–5 years of experience in UX/UI design (in‑house, agency)
A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful UX design, strong visual skills, and problem‑solving ability.
Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, InVision, or similar.
Basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Familiarity with accessibility principles and responsive design.
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’re a team player who can take feedback and run with it.
Bonus Points For
Experience working in Agile environments.
Knowledge of design thinking and user‑centered design practices.
Any UX certifications (like NNG, HFI, etc.).
