About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced
Real Estate Paralegal
to join a dynamic legal team. This position involves handling residential and commercial real estate transactions from
contract to closing , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service.
What You’ll Do
Manage
25
‑30 closings
monthly, including کرو title ordering, lien searches, surveys, and estoppel letters.
Prepare and review closing statements, coordinate funding, and resolve title issues.
Draft and review real estate documents: purchase agreements, loan documents, deeds, and affidavits.
Conduct due diligence: title commitments, zoning reports, environmental reviews, and lease abstracts.
What We’re Looking For
Education:
Undergraduate degree or formal paralegal training.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in real estate law at a mid‑size or large firm.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Proficiency in state and county real estate laws, title insurance, and survey review.
Tech‑savvy with Outlook and real‑estate software.
