THE BASICS Serve as the main contact for Promotional Products, focusing on building relationships, understanding needs, and driving growth by coordinating orders, providing product solutions, processing quotes/samples, collaborating internally (warehouse, production), and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, often requiring strong problem-solving and cross-functional skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction
Order & Fulfillment Coordination: Handle order processing, quoting, and coordinating product samples with vendors
Consultative Support: Advise clients on promotional product selections, leveraging industry trends and product knowledge
Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existing clients
Internal Collaboration: Work with warehouse, production, and accounting to ensure seamless project execution
Problem Resolution: Address client issues and questions efficiently and effectively
Proactive Engagement: Regularly contact clients to build rapport and ensure ongoing needs are met
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
Experience: Background in account management, sales, and a minimum of 2 years in the promotional products industry is beneficial
Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and relationship-building skills
Mindset: Proactive, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and focused on client success and innovation
Displays superior organizational and customer experience skills
Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Has experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Minimum 1-year experience in a similar marketing or vendor relations role
