Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Insurance Sales Representative at the Matt Cole – State Farm Insurance Agent office in Franklin, TN. In this role, you will engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance瓦 needs, provide personalized insurance recommendations, and follow up on leads. The role requires developing strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales goals. You will also handle policy changes, educate customers about available coverage options, and provide solutions to help protect what matters most to them.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge, with the ability to understand and recommend coverage options
Experience in Customer Service and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
Familiarity with Insurance Brokerage processes is an asset
Proven ability in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
Self‑motivation and a results‑driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, on‑site office environment
Relevant state insurance licenses or willingness to obtain them prior to employment
Previous experience in the insurance or related industries is a plus
