Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately document all inbound production materials using the inventory/ERP system.
Verify shipments for quantity, quality, and condition; promptly communicate and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and staged to support efficient production flow.
Support cycle counts and assist with physical inventories and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in accordance with training and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free receiving area through strong housekeeping and 6S practices.
Uphold all PPE, safety, and material handling requirements and address unsafe conditions proactively.
Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Finance, and Production teams to align material availability with operational priorities.
Participate in root‑cause analysis related to inventory variances, shortages, or receiving issues.
Support onboarding and training of new team members as needed.
Identify and suggest process improvements related to safety, material flow, documentation, or efficiency.
Take initiative to implement small improvements that enhance accuracy, organization, and team effectiveness.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational objectives.
Model AGS values in daily interactions, communication, and accountability in the receiving and warehouse environment.
Partner closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure materials are received accurately and available to support production needs.
Share knowledge and collaborate across teams to support learning, development, and operational consistency.
Participate in team‑building, training, and company‑wide initiatives to strengthen engagement and performance.
Promote open communication, continuous learning, and shared responsibility for safety, material accuracy, and production success.

Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred.
Forklift certification required or ability to obtain upon hire.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory/ERP systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and strong time‑management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Visual and mental focus required for inspections and documentation.
Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.

Salary & Bonus
Base hourly range: $18 – $21 (based on experience, skills, and role alignment).
Bonus eligibility: 4% – 10% of base annual salary, based on individual, team, and company performance.
