Mobile Phlebotomist
to join a high‑growth startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision while embodying friendliness, empathy, and compassion toward patients. Key Responsibilities
Visit patients in their home or office, driving to and from appointments in your own vehicle. Process specimens with a portable centrifuge, then drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories. Follow safe and accurate blood‑collection procedures, maintaining a high degree of accuracy. Adapt quickly in a fast‑growing environment. Maintain close communication with operations and patient‑experience teams during business hours. Confirm availability to your leader every Friday for the upcoming week(s). Based on your submitted availability, your leader will schedule overtime or call you for shifts that match your availability. As a PRN, you are expected to be available a minimum of three (3) days a week between 5 am–1 pm (Monday–Friday). You may work up to 29 hours per week, but no hours are guaranteed. Qualifications
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency. At least one year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred). Experience processing samples. Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Proof of first Covid‑19 vaccine dose within 30 days of employment. Bonus: Fluency in Spanish. Benefits
