Mobile Phlebotomist – PRN, Monroe, MI, Part‑time

About the Role We are looking for a PRN (as needed) Mobile Phlebotomist who is friendly, empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely cares about patients. Candidates must have a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and experience in hospitals, offices, or mobile environments.
What You Will Do
Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments using your own vehicle, and use a mobile centrifuge to process specimens.
Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
Confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week ahead and, if possible, for future weeks.
Based on submitted availability, you may be scheduled in advance or called as needed for shifts that fall within your availability.
As a PRN, you are expected to be available a minimum of three (3) days a week during 5 am–1 pm (“expected shifts”) between Monday and Friday and may work up to 29 hours a week.
What We Are Looking For
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred).
Experience processing samples.
Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
Fluent in Spanish (bonus).
