We are currently seeking a PRN
Mobile Phlebotomist
interested in joining a high‑growth stage startup. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision and embody friendliness, empathy, compassion, and genuine care for patients.
What You Will Do
Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments (in your own vehicle), process specimens with a centrifuge that plugs into your car, drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories.
Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy.
Adapt in a rapid high‑growth environment.
Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours.
As a PRN, confirm your availability to your leader every Friday for the week or weeks ahead.
Be scheduled based on the availability you submit; your leader will either schedule you in advance or call you as needed for shifts that fall within your availability.
Maintain a minimum availability of three days a week between 5 am‑1 pm from Monday to Friday. You are eligible to work up to 29 hours per week but are not guaranteed any hours.
Qualifications
Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile experience preferred).
Experience processing samples.
Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to drive in darkness; first appointments may be as early as 5 am.
Ability to physically access patients, including kneeling, bending, stooping, sitting and reaching.
Ability to navigate patients’ homes, climb stairs, and carry 15 pounds while walking.
Work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Bonus: Fluent in Spanish.
