Role Description North River Partners is seeking to hire an Associate or Vice President to join its asset management team in New York. This role will work closely with the Managing Partners to lead the asset management and servicing of North River’s loan portfolio. The candidate will be exposed to all facets of North River’s business with an opportunity for substantial involvement and growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
ոբ Review and facilitate draw requests including reconciliation of budgets, back-up documentation, title updates, and inspection reports.
Actively monitor the loan portfolio to ensure compliance against loan covenants, cash management waterfalls, taxes and insurance payments, etc.
Prepare monthly loan level reports for the Managing Partners, capital partners, and lenders.
Prepare and distribute monthly servicing statements to borrowers.
Lead the onboarding and administration of loans to warehouse facilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day brillo borrower inquiries.
Work closely with the originations team to assist with onboarding new loans.
Conduct site visits as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years’ experience working adjacent real estate development, construction, or البول loan servicing/asset management positions.
Familiarity with standard AIA documents and general construction terminology.
Extremely detailed oriented and organized.
Exhibits high level of drive and ownership.
Great communicator both internally and externally.
Candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing deadlines appropriately.
Advanced Excel skills.
