Anoki AI, a pioneer in AI solutions for connected TV (CTV), is seeking a talented Sr. Account Manager to ensure customer success via superior pre‑sales support, campaign relationship management, and incremental/upsell/renewal activities. This is a prime opportunity to join a key innovator in the CTV space early on and to gain experience in the revenue lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and entrepreneurial, with a demonstrated track record of supporting pre‑sales activities to help win business and managing successful customer relationships. They are passionate about delivering results for their customers and work well with cross‑functional team members to drive adoption of Anoki AI’s advertising solutions.
What You’ll Do
Pre‑Sales: Proposal Process
Drive RFP/RFI processes in order to win new business, working alongside sellers
Create impactful response to RFPs/RFIs, including strategy, feasibility, pricing, campaign elements, and supporting documentation
Collaborate with Operations on pricing, feasibility, and technical requirements
Lead proposal build process, with collaboration from sellers
Ensure that proposals are strategic, compelling, and creative
Manage internal proposal library
Post‑Sales: Customer Relationship Management
Generate insertion orders, ensuring alignment with proposal
Establish expectations and KPIs via client kick‑off call & internal alignment
Complete & manage internal deal sheet, including IO details, KOC information, tags, targeting segment generation, study management, and other documentation
Communicate expectations with Operations
Establish client reporting access
Confirm launch of campaigns with screenshots & establish reporting cadence
Monitor campaign performance and alert Operations of optimization needs
Send client reporting on regular cadence, including post‑campaign reporting
Provide Finance with campaign details for monthly/end‑of‑campaign invoicing
Cultivate productive relationships with customers to expand Anoki’s usage across your territory, navigate troubleshooting, and effective client communications
Ensure that all customer engagement with Anoki is exceptional
What You Bring to the Table
5–7 years of relevant CTV, programmatic, and/or ad tech account management, client service, or customer success experience
Passion for contextual advertising, ad tech, digital media, and AI
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, primarily remote environment and a desire to build from the ground up
Adaptability & resilience, with the ability to pivot quickly and persevere through challenges
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of the digital media landscape, inherent motivation to succeed, and persistence
A team player who can thrive in a start‑up environment
A strategic thinker with energy and enthusiasm for account growth and customer success
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Documents, Slides); Hubspot is a plus
Ideally, proficiency in Gemini, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, with experience in crafting custom proposals and managing deals that drive renewal and increased revenue
Bachelor’s degree preferred
