Tasks Your mission

As our

Sales Manager USA , you will be at the forefront of hotelkit’s U.S. market expansion. Your mission:

establish and grow hotelkit’s presence in the United States , building a strong pipeline of hotel customers and partnerships across the hospitality industry. You’ll leverage your deep industry network, SaaS sales expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset to drive hotelkit’s success in this key region.

A productive day in this role might look like this:

Hosting engaging demos and presentations with hotel executives and ownership groups.

Proactively building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers across the U.S. hospitality industry.

Managing a strategic sales pipeline — from first contact to contract signature.

Generating opportunities through your network and outbound initiatives, positioning hotelkit as a must-have tool for hotel operations.

Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams in Europe to tailor campaigns and messaging for the U.S. market.

Own the full sales cycle

– from prospecting to closing, with a strong focus on enterprise and group deals.

Represent hotelkit

at U.S. hospitality trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies

for the U.S., identifying growth segments and key accounts.

Build long-term relationships

with hotel groups, management companies, and consultants.

Work closely with internal teams

to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction.

Report directly to the Head of Sales , sharing insights and feedback from the market.

Requirements Is

this

you?

3+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales within the hotel tech industry

A strong professional network across the U.S. hotel industry (ownership groups, management companies, brands, and independents)

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Deep understanding of hotel operations and technology ecosystems

Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, independent, and excited to build something from the ground up

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comfortable working remotely across time zones with international teams

Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems

Based in the United States and willing to travel regularly for meetings and events
