Assistant Sales Manager – Responsibilities
Help our Sales Manager steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre‑owned units. Assist the business office with operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and extended service programs. Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits by selling motorcycles, finance, insurance, and extended service programs. Work cross‑functionally with all departments, with an emphasis on the Sales and Finance Departments. Guide and develop the sales team using leadership skills and sales expertise. Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication. Develop the team with new and different sales techniques. Communicate openly and consistently with the sales team and assess their needs. Track customer traffic peaks to provide consistent sales floor coverage for optimal customer service. Be a visible leader to customers, be service‑driven, and confidently deliver a world‑class customer experience. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Valid in‑state driver’s license. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards. Authorized to work in the USA. Proficient in performing duties and responsibilities in a safe manner. Able to pass pre‑employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver’s license. Additional Information
