Role Description We are seeking a dynamic, full‑time Inside Sales Representative to join our team on‑site in Commerce, CA. In this role you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales goals. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, presenting products to clients, managing sales inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to share client feedback and insights.
Qualifications
Sales and customer relationship management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and client engagement.
Understanding of market trends, research, and strategies, especially within the fashion or retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, along with active listening abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, data entry, and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus.
