Role Description
We are seeking a full‑time Account Manager to join our team in an on‑site role in Evansville, WI. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and coordinate with clients to address their product and service needs. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, promoting and explaining insurance products, managing policy renewals, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves offering guidance and support to help clients make informed decisions regarding their insurance options.
