Trade Category Manager

to lead the profitable growth of the category. Reporting directly to the

Trade Marketing Director , you will manage the category at 360°, acting as the internal reference point with an end-to-end vision that integrates marketing, sales, and finance. Define the category strategy per channel and client, setting clear objectives and KPIs. Transform market, shopper, and client insights into channel, assortment, price, and promotion strategies. Support the launch of new products (NPD), defining trade strategy, channel priorities, and success KPIs. Work closely with Marketing to ensure consistency between brand strategy and channel strategy. Operational Execution & Analysis Develop and implement integrated trade plans covering assortment, price, promotions, and visibility. Analyze market, shopper, and performance data (sell-in / sell-out) to identify opportunities for profitable growth. Define promotional guidelines and constantly monitor their effectiveness. Contribute to the development of the "Perfect Store" and execution standards at the point of sale. Monitor category performance proactively, proposing corrective actions and improvement plans. Cross-functional collaboration Act as the bridge between departments, ensuring consistency between strategy and execution. Work transversally with

Requirements Experience:

At least

7 years of experience

in structured

FMCG companies . Preferably a previous experience in Sales Core Background:

A consolidated background in

Trade Marketing

is essential. Education:

University Graduate. Technical Skills:

Strong exposure to

data analysis ,

pricing , and

promotions

topics. Experience in managing complex categories.
