We are seeking(SIG) a proactive and entrepreneurial

to join our Sales team based in

Milan . Reporting to the

Channel Manager

, you will be responsible for managing assigned top customers, driving growth, and ensuring the perfect execution of our commercial strategy.

Define and implement the customer plan according to the commercial strategy.

Prepare and discuss weekly sales forecasts to ensure alignment with business targets.

Identify new business opportunities through ad hoc projects with the customer.

Monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions when necessary.

Negotiation & Execution Lead the negotiation of first and second-level contracts with assigned customers structuurdew.

Lead negotiations on promotions and assortments to maximize visibility and sales.

Optimize trade spending with a황 revenue growth management approach.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in (National) Account Management within

FMCG companies , preferably in the food industry. Previous experience in

Trade Marketing

will be considered a major plus.

Languages:

A good level of

English is required (C1)
